Overview
The Task feature allows you to distribute manuals as tasks.
Its main advantages are "the ability to provide clear work instructions" and "allowing the sender to check the viewing status and progress of recipients."
Using the Task feature provides the following benefits:
- Complex tasks can be distributed clearly with attached manuals to multiple users simultaneously
- Easily monitor everyone's viewing status and implementation status
- Send reminder messages to specific users based on their completion status
The Task feature is particularly useful for one-time instructions that require clear deadlines, such as "inventory of loaned devices" or "OS update requests."
