To prevent overlooking task execution, notifications are sent to recipients via email and the "Updates" section within the mobile app.
Notifications cease when the task is executed or archived by the distributor.
Email Notifications
Emails are automatically sent daily at 9:10 AM from the day before the deadline until one month after the deadline.
If the recipient's account does not have a registered email address at the time of task distribution, notifications will be sent upon adding the email address after distribution.
