What happens when a distributor archives a task?

2021-04-06 06:31:36 UTC 2026-01-07 04:54:00 UTC

Once a task is archived by the distributor, the recipient can no longer "complete" the task.
Please confirm whether to end the execution report reception from the recipient before archiving the task.

Details from the distributor's perspective

  • An archive notification email is sent to the status updater and the managers of folders related to the task.
  • Even if the recipient views the task or the manuals within the task, the "progress" will no longer be updated.

Details from the recipient's perspective

  • If the task is overdue and not completed, reminder emails will no longer be sent.
  • Tasks and manuals within tasks can still be viewed.
  • The "Complete" button will no longer be displayed for uncompleted tasks.

Supplement

  • In the web browser version, by clicking "Display other members' created tasks," not only the distributor but also the group or folder managers and sub-managers can archive tasks.
  • Once a task is archived, it cannot be reverted to before the archive.
It is recommended to consider and establish operational rules in advance.
