Teachme Biz cannot send notifications to prompt periodic password changes.
Using the currently available Teachme Biz functions, the following operations are possible.
Please consider this.
1) Deliver a task to prompt periodic changes
This is an operational method in which a manual such as "Change password" is created and periodically delivered as a task.

2) Periodically reset passwords with group administrator or sub-administrator privileges
Group administrators and sub-administrators can forcibly reset the passwords of users within the group.
After the reset, a password reset (reconfiguration) notification will be sent to users.

Select the checkbox to the left of "Name" on the "User List" screen.
The passwords of all users in the group can be reset at once.
* In either case, users who have not registered an email address in Teachme Biz
will not receive direct notification, so it is necessary for the administrator to notify them separately.
