Sharing a Teachme Biz account is not prohibited under the Terms of Service.
However, there are several points to be aware of when sharing.
Teachme Biz Terms of Use (Article 17)
Points for Administrators to Note
There may be cases where it is unclear who is responsible for account or team invitations and deletions.
Even if an inquiry is made when a problem occurs in account management, it may not be possible to identify who is responsible.
Once an account is deleted, it cannot be restored. (* )
If deleted by mistake, re-invitation is necessary.
Unless there is a compelling reason, avoid making group administrators, sub-administrators, folder administrators, or sub-administrators shared accounts.
* Teachme Biz operations cannot restore accounts either.
There may be cases where it is unclear who is responsible for creating, editing, approving, or deleting manuals.
Even if an inquiry is made when a problem occurs in manual management, it may not be possible to identify who is responsible.
To make it clear who created, edited, or approved, consider the following methods.
When using the approval workflow feature
Consider operations such as recording the names of creators, updaters, and approvers in the update history.
When not using the approval workflow feature
Consider operations such as preparing steps solely for leaving update history or using the comment feature to record names.
Password management becomes complicated when employees leave or transfer.
When employees leave or transfer and no longer need a Teachme Biz account, password changes and announcements to those sharing the account become necessary each time, making management complicated.
If someone sharing an account changes the login information, others may be unable to log in.
If an individual changes the password and fails to share the new password with those sharing the account, internal inquiries about "unable to log in" may increase, or work delays may occur due to inability to view manuals.
When changing passwords, consider operations such as always communicating the new password to those sharing the account.

The training feature cannot be used effectively.
The training feature enables new employee education and human resource development by delivering training courses to users.
Since training course delivery destinations are specified on an account basis, sharing an account makes it impossible to manage individual completion status.

The report feature cannot be used effectively.
The report feature allows confirmation of detailed information about who viewed or searched for manuals and when.
Since information is obtained on an account basis, sharing an account makes it impossible to obtain individual information and analyze how each person uses manuals.
Points for Users to Note
If someone sharing an account changes the login information, others may be unable to log in.
Consider operations such as avoiding individual password changes, or always communicating the new password to those sharing the account when a password is changed.

Forced logout may occur while creating or viewing manuals.
There is a limit to the number of simultaneous connections per account.
Related: How many devices can I use at the same time with the same account?
When the simultaneous connection limit is exceeded, forced logout occurs starting from the device with the oldest last access.
Since there is a possibility of sudden logout during work and loss of data being created, be careful about the number of users sharing one account and the number of simultaneous connections.
Login information may need to be entered each time.
The more people sharing one account, the more likely the simultaneous connection limit mentioned above will be exceeded.
Therefore, login may be required each time (* ), which may make usage cumbersome.
The same applies when logging in using single sign-on.
* If forced logout does not occur, the login session is valid for 7 days.

If someone sharing the account marks a notification as read first, others may not notice the relevant notification.
In addition, notifications with content unrelated to oneself may be received.
