Check whether your input is correct

Are uppercase and lowercase letters correctly distinguished?

If you are using a keyboard, please check that CapsLock is not enabled. If you are using a mobile device, please check that the device's auto-correction feature is not automatically changing the case of your input.
Note: When entering text on an iOS device, typed characters may be automatically converted to a different spelling.

Are there any unwanted spaces?

If you copied and pasted your login information, please check that no extra spaces have been included at the beginning or end.

Check whether a login lock has been applied

If login fails 5 or more times within a short period, a 10-minute login lock will be applied.
If you have failed to log in 5 or more times consecutively, please wait at least 10 minutes before trying again.

If a login lock has been applied, the following message will be displayed.

Web browser version: Login is currently unavailable because the number of failed login attempts has reached the limit. Please try again in X minutes.
Mobile app: Account name or password does not match.
Note: A change to the mobile app message is currently under consideration.

Check whether access restrictions are in place

If any of the following messages are displayed, access restrictions are in place.

  • Could not log in to the group due to IP address access restrictions.
  • Use from this network is not permitted.
    Please access from your company's internal network.
  • Use from this network requires administrator approval.
    Please wait for approval or access from your company's internal network.
  • Your device's connection to the group has been suspended.
  • Use of the service with this account has been suspended.

If pressing the login button returns you to the login screen

If Cookies are not enabled in your browser settings, pressing the login button may return you to the login screen.

Please verify your login information and then attempt to log in.
