Permissions and Roles
- Training administrators: Can create, distribute courses, and check progress
- Trainers: Limited permissions to manage only their own team

- Completed: State where learning has been finished
- In progress: State where learning is progressing
- Not started: State where learning has not yet begun
- Certifier: State where skill acquisition has been approved by trainer after completion
Deadline Display
- Due date: Deadline for course completion
- Due date approaching: Displayed from 4 days before completion deadline
- Overdue: Displayed after completion deadline has passed
