There are three types of privileges that can be granted to users: "Group Administrator," "Group Sub-Administrator," and "General User."
Even non-administrators can have additional privileges for certain functions.

*: User with Approval Authority can be assigned to any user with any permission level who is participating in the Folder
Manual Privileges
General users can participate in folders as "Editor" or "Viewer."
Users who have joined a folder can be granted additional "Folder Administrator/Sub-Administrator" privileges.
Users who have not joined a folder can only view manuals that are released outside.
Individual privilege settings for each manual can not be configured.

Editor operations are performed from the Manual edit screen, and Approver operations are performed from the Manual approval screen.
When the same user has both Editor and Approver permissions, corresponding operations can be performed from each screen.
