How to Use / Limitations
You can specify a target period to check viewing status by manual or by user, and export aggregated data as a CSV.
Aggregation Targets
- All views, regardless of whether users have an account or are logged in

All online views, regardless of the access route, including manuals included in training courses and tasks
※ Offline viewing via the mobile app is excluded from aggregation
Period Specification Limits
- How far back you can go: Up to 5 years before the date of operation
- Period that can be specified at once: Maximum of 1 year

From the manual screen, you can check viewing trends, the unread/read status by user, and the manuals registered as related manuals.

You can check the search keyword records for manuals on screen or download them in CSV format.
Use this when you want to understand what information users are looking for and what keywords are frequently searched, to help guide your manual development efforts.
Aggregation Targets
- Searches by all users, regardless of whether they have an account or are logged in
- Each time the search results list screen is loaded, it is recorded as one log entry

Searches made in the following search boxes are aggregated:
- Manuals > All (including advanced search)
- Manuals > By Folder
- Manuals > New Manuals
- Externally published folder pages -
The following searches are not aggregated:
- Manuals > Backup
- Manual searches performed for configuration purposes, such as when creating tasks
- Searches via external search engines -
In the following cases, "No search results" will be recorded even if the target manual exists:
- The advanced search (title only, search tags only, etc.) target does not include a manual containing the relevant keyword
- The user performing the search does not have permission to view the manual
- No manual containing the relevant keyword is saved in the folder being searched
