The report function allows specifying a target period to check detailed viewing status of users and export aggregated data as CSV.
Operation privileges
The range of data that can be checked differs depending on the privileges of the operator.
- Group administrator, sub-administrator: All folders can be checked
- Folder administrator, sub-administrator: Only folders for which the operator has management privileges can be checked
- Other users: Cannot check
Items that can be checked on the screen
* If the contracted plan is "Starter" or "Teachme Biz Basic Plan", only "Trend of manual views in folders during the period" can be checked.
Trend of manual views in folders during the period
By placing the cursor over the displayed graph, the total number of views on a specific date (or time) during the period can be checked.
Number of manual views per user during the period, last viewed date
Users who viewed manuals in the specified folder during the specified period can be checked.
Number of views per manual during the period, last viewed date
Which manuals in the specified folder were viewed and how many times during the specified period can be checked.
List of manuals viewed by a specific user during the period, number of views per manual, last viewed date
Which manuals a specific user viewed and how many times during the specified period can be checked.
List of users who viewed a specific manual during the period, number of views per user, last viewed date
Which users viewed a specific manual and how many times during the specified period can be checked.
