Overview
Access Approval Management is a feature that controls access from mobile apps in environments where IP address restrictions or QR code login are in use.
By registering an app's unique identifier "Specific code (formerly: Device ID)," you can authorize access on a per-mobile app basis.
Since specific codes are set for each app, if you're using both Teachme Biz and Teachme Player apps on the same device, you need to register each one separately.

Behavior When Configured
Behavior with IP Address Restrictions × Access Approval Management
Access from Allowed IP Addresses
- Access is possible from any browser, approved apps in Access Approval Management, and unapproved apps.
Access from Disallowed IP Addresses
- Access is only possible from mobile apps approved in Access Approval Management.
Behavior with QR Code Login Feature × Access Approval Management
If a specific code is not approved in Access Approval Management, you cannot access the system regardless of which network you use.
Behavior with QR Code Login Feature × IP Address Restriction × Access Approval Management
When all three features are combined, the behavior is as follows:
Access from Allowed IP Addresses
- Both approved and unapproved apps in Access Approval Management can access and use QR code login.
- Access is possible from various browsers.
Access from Disallowed IP Addresses
- Only mobile apps approved in Access Approval Management can access and use QR code login.

Notes for Usage
- Web browser version and mobile browsers are not subject to Access Approval Management.
- Users who are not added to a folder cannot view manuals within that folder, even with Access Approval Management.
