Access approval management cannot be used on its own.
It is a feature that allows access from specific apps using the app's unique identifier "identification code (formerly: device ID)".

Re-registration of the identification code is required each time the app is reinstalled or the device is changed
When you reinstall the app or change devices, the app's identification code will change.
The identification code cannot be shared across multiple devices or transferred.
