Overview
Access approval management is a function that controls access from mobile apps in environments using IP Address Restriction or QR code login.
By registering the unique identifier "Specific code (formerly: device ID)" of the app, access can be granted on a mobile app basis.
Since Specific codes are set for each app, when using both Teachme Biz and Teachme Player apps on the same device, each must be registered separately.

Behavior During Configuration
Behavior When Using IP Address Restrictions with Access Approval Management
Access from Permitted IP Addresses
- Access is available from all types of browsers, apps approved by Access Approval Management, and unapproved apps.
Access from Non-permitted IP Addresses
- Access is available only from mobile apps approved by Access Approval Management.
Behavior When Using QR Code Login Function with Access Approval Management
If the identification code is not approved by Access Approval Management, access is not available regardless of which network is used.
Behavior When Using QR Code Login Function with IP Address Restrictions and Access Approval Management
When all three functions are combined, the behavior is as follows.
Access from Permitted IP Addresses
- Access and QR code login are available from both apps approved by Access Approval Management and unapproved apps.
- Access is available from various browsers.
Access from Non-permitted IP Addresses
- Access and QR code login are available only from mobile apps approved by Access Approval Management.

Notes
Specific code changes once an application is re-installed.
If you uninstall mobile (iOS/Android version) apps and then reinstall it, the Specific code will change.
In this case, you need to obtain a new Specific code and edit Access approval management settings.
