You can download CSV data as a list showing the total number of views per manual × user × view type during the specified period.

※ Since there are up to 5 levels, output will include "Folder Name 1" through "Folder Name 5" - Viewer ID
- Viewer Account Name
- Viewer Display Name
- View Type (Browser / App / PDF Export)
※ "PDF Export" will be displayed if a PDF export was performed - View Count

※ Not exported for "Starter" or "Teachme Biz Basic Plan" - Team Membership

You can download CSV data showing what keywords users used to search for manuals and which manuals they viewed (or did not view) as a result.

※ Browser refers to searches from a web browser or mobile browser; App refers to searches from a mobile app - Manual ID
