Terminology in the Training Feature
Basic Components
- Course: Learning unit consisting of multiple manuals
- My Courses: Area where courses distributed to learners are displayed
- Comprehension Test: Feature that measures learning effectiveness, which can be added to courses
Permissions and Roles
- Training Administrator: Can create and distribute courses, and check progress
- Trainer: Limited permission that allows management of only their own team
- Learner: Person who takes courses

Types of Status
- Completed: State where learning has been finished
- In Progress: State where learning is ongoing
- Not Started: State where learning has not yet begun
- Certified: State where the trainer has approved skill acquisition after completion
Deadline Indicators
- Completion Deadline: Deadline for course completion
- Deadline Approaching: Displayed from 4 days before the completion deadline
- Overdue: Displayed after the completion deadline has passed
