Overview
The Task feature delivers manuals as tasks.
The main features are the ability to provide clear business instructions and for the sender to confirm the recipient's viewing and progress status.
Using the Task feature offers benefits such as:
- Delivery of complex tasks with manuals in a clear and simultaneous manner
- Ease of confirming everyone's viewing and execution status
- Sending reminder messages to specific users based on their execution status
The Task feature is particularly useful for situations requiring one-time instructions with clear deadlines, such as "Inventory of loaned devices" or "Request for OS update."
