Types of Available Data
Check Usage Status from the Report Screen / Export Manual View Data as CSV
You can check manual view statistics on screen or download them in CSV format.
Use this feature when you want to see which manuals are frequently viewed or track changes in view counts over time.
Data Collection Scope
- All views, regardless of account ownership or login status
- All online views, regardless of access route (including manuals in training courses or tasks)
Check Usage Status from a Manual
You can check view statistics, editing history, and referring manuals directly from the manual screen.
Use this feature when you want to quickly see who viewed a specific manual and when, or which manuals link to it.
Data Collection Scope
- Views by logged-in users
*Views by external users are not included - Online views regardless of access route (including manuals in training courses or tasks)
Check Search Logs
You can view search term records on screen or download them in CSV format.
Use this feature when you want to understand what information users are looking for and identify frequently searched keywords to guide manual development.
Data Collection Scope
- All user searches are included, regardless of account ownership or login status
- Searches from the following search boxes are included:
- Manual > All (including advanced search)
- Manual > By Folder
- Manual > New Arrivals
- Public Folder page - The following searches are not included:
- Manual > Backups
- Manual searches performed for configuration purposes (e.g., when creating tasks)
- Searches in external search engines - "Hit count" includes manuals that the searching user has permission to view
Export Manual List as CSV
You can download manual lists for the entire group or by folder in CSV format.
Use this feature to identify manuals that need updates or for organizing and inventorying your manuals.

Export User Usage Status List as CSV
You can download users' last access dates and number of owned manuals in CSV format.
Use this feature to promote usage among users who haven't accessed the system for extended periods or to consider account deletion as part of user management.

- Folder administrators and sub-administrators: Can only export CSV for folders they have administrative privileges for
Plan-based Feature Limitations
- Starter and Basic plans: Only "Views (List Data)" format is available (output items cannot be selected)
- Other plans: Can choose from 3 formats: "Views (List Data)", "Viewed Date", and "Views (Tabular Data)" (output items can be selected)
Period Specification Limitations
- Available historical data: Up to 5 years from the operation date
- Maximum period that can be specified at once: Up to 1 year (365 days)
- To export CSV data for a period longer than 1 year, perform the operation multiple times
Other
- Date and time in the CSV are displayed in Japan Standard Time (JST) regardless of the system language setting
- Export may take time depending on the amount of data
