In the Web Browser version*, you can discard the changes you are editing and revert to the published content.
*This feature is only available in the Web Browser version and cannot be used in the mobile app (iOS, Android).
Workflow
1. Open the edit screen of the published manual
*This feature only applies to published manuals and not to manuals that have not yet been published.
2. Make edits
When you're making edits, the "Release Information" will change from "Released" to "Released (Changes not reflected)".
3. Open the menu and click "Discard unpublished changes" to revert to the published content
This menu option is only displayed when the manual's "Release Information" shows "Released (Changes not reflected)" (when there is a difference between the published screen and the screen being edited).
*This option will not be displayed if the manual is not published, or if the published content and the content being edited are the same.
