  • Manuals published in an "External Public Folder" can be viewed without logging in.
  • To allow external users to view manuals, share the manual's URL (or QR code), or the public URL configured for each external public folder.
  • You can set access restrictions on external public folders using a password or referrer URL.
  • Access by external users is subject to a monthly viewing limit that varies by plan.
