Recipients: Users who have registered email addresses with Teachme Biz

B. Important announcements from the operating company

Sender address: support@cs.teachme.jp
Recipients: Mainly contract administrators

C. Latest information notifications about updates and events

Sender address: info@cs.teachme.jp
Recipients: Mainly group administrators and sub-administrators

D. Breaking news about important failures and maintenance information

Sender address: noreply@mail.status-teachme.jp
Recipients: Users who have registered to receive notifications on the Teachme Biz Status Page

E. Communications from the support desk

Sender address: support@teachme.jp
Recipients: Email addresses entered when making inquiries

If emails from Teachme Biz do not arrive despite being a target recipient, please check the following.

Check whether emails from Teachme Biz are being rejected due to settings (A.B.C.D.E.)

Check whether they have been sorted into spam folders or similar.

Contact the email provider or company system administrator to check whether emails from Teachme Biz are being rejected due to email reception settings.

* When using a mailing list, check that each sender address has not been excluded from recipients.

Check whether email notifications have been turned OFF in Teachme Biz settings (A.)

Turning OFF notifications for the following in Teachme Biz settings will prevent email delivery.

・Comment posted
(Notifies the manual owner when a comment is posted)

・Good Job! rating
(Notifies the manual owner when a Good Job! is given)

Check settings and turn notifications ON if necessary.

Check whether the registered email address is incorrect (A.C.)

Verify whether the email address is correctly registered in Teachme Biz.

When using PC (Web browser version), account information can be checked from "Personal Settings".
When using the mobile app, check from "Account information" on the "Settings" screen.

If there is an error in the registered email address, request a correction from the group administrator (or sub-administrator).

Check if email delivery has been stopped (C.)

When stopping delivery process is performed from "Stop email delivery" in the notification email, emails will not be sent thereafter.
If you wish to resume delivery, please contact the support desk with the relevant email address.

When emails cannot be received despite the email address being correctly registered (A. only)

If the system confirms that errors occur when attempting to deliver emails from information@teachme.jp and they are not received normally, the system may determine the relevant email address as "undeliverable" and stop delivery to that email address.

Examples of when emails from information@teachme.jp are not received normally and errors occur

・The email address is not valid when Teachme Biz attempts to send an email
Example) Account registration in Teachme Biz was performed before the email address was activated

・Judged as spam and rejected by the receiving email server
Example) Email from Teachme Biz was reported as spam

If this situation applies, contact the support desk with the relevant email address to check whether it has been determined as an "undeliverable email address."
