Is it compatible with the Google Play Store?
If not, the Teachme Biz app cannot be installed.
Can it be updated to a recommended version other than Android 9.0?
The video editing feature cannot be used on Android 9.0.
Does it meet the recommended system requirements?
* If the OS, etc., is outside the recommended environment, support will not be provided.
In addition, even with devices within the recommended environment, there have been confirmed cases where issues arise when using specific functions.
Examples of confirmed issues
- The video codec (compression method) used by the device is not supported by the Android OS, and videos shot on the device cannot be registered with Teachme Biz.
As much as possible, please ensure beforehand that no issues occur during the actual use of the device for viewing/creating manuals (including image and video registration, image editing, and video editing).
