"Group Profile", "Contract Plan", and "Usage status" can be viewed by all users.
All other items can only be viewed and changed by Group administrators and Group sub-administrators ("Template Feature" and "Folder IP Restrictions" are also available to folder administrators and folder sub-administrators).
Some menus may not be displayed depending on your contracted plan and Option.

Group
Group Profile
Group number
This is the number assigned to each group.
It cannot be changed.
Group ID*
This is the name of the group entered at login.
You can enter up to 40 characters using half-width alphanumeric characters, dots (.), hyphens (-), and underscores (_).
Group Display Name*
This is the name of the group displayed on screen.
You can enter up to 50 characters.

Language setting for email notifications
Select the language for notification emails sent from Teachme Biz: "Japanese", "English", or "Both Japanese and English".

Group administrator
Only one person can be set as the Group administrator per group.
Only the Group administrator can make changes.
When the Group administrator is changed, the previous Group administrator becomes a Group sub-administrator.
Group sub-administrator
Multiple people who can perform nearly the same settings and operations as the Group administrator can be set.
Only users with a registered E-Mail Address can be made Group administrators or Group sub-administrators.
