*1 Even if the file extension matches, audio-only files that do not contain any visual content (video or animation) cannot be registered.
*2 Videos with the "AV1" codec cannot be registered.
- Even if the restrictions are met, the video may not be uploadable depending on how it was created or edited.
If you are preparing a large number of files or paid images/videos, please prepare a sample video in advance and verify that it can be registered and edited as intended. - Depending on the length and size of the video, as well as your environment, you may need to wait a long time for processing to complete.
If processing does not finish within a reasonable time, consider canceling the process, shortening the original video, and re-registering it.
*3 When semi-automatically generating from a video already registered to a cover or step, it can be used regardless of the original video's file extension.
*4 If there is a large amount of dialogue or actions, an error may occur even with a video that meets this limit.
Please remove unnecessary sections or split the video into segments of approximately 10 to 20 minutes.
