Overview
The task feature is a function that delivers manuals as tasks.
Its greatest features are "the ability to give clear work instructions" and "the ability for the sender to check the viewing status and progress of recipients."
Using the task feature provides the following benefits.
- Even complex tasks can be delivered clearly and simultaneously, complete with manuals
- Everyone's viewing status and completion status can be checked easily
- Reminder messages can be sent to specific users based on their completion status
The task feature is especially useful in situations where one-time instructions with a clear deadline are needed, such as "inventory of loaned devices" or "OS update requests."
