Please note that groups with LGWAN (Local Government Wide Area Network) plans in Japan cannot be configured as either source or receiving groups, so they cannot use this feature. ## Terms and Specifications ### Source Group for Folder Sharing - A group that can share manuals from its own group with other groups by folder - Can create cross-group sharing sets - Can invite receiving groups to join the cross-group sharing set and share folders ### Receiving Group for Folder Sharing - A group that can view manuals in folders from the source group after accepting the share - Can accept invitations from source groups to join cross-group sharing sets ### Cross-Group Sharing Set - A collection of one source group and one or more receiving groups - Folder sharing by the source group becomes possible only after creating a cross-group sharing set - A group can only participate in one cross-group sharing set at a time ### Folder Administrator for Receiving Groups - Automatically set to be the same as the source group's folder administrator.
