Cannot delete folder displaying "Cannot delete folder with tasks attached"

This error appears when manuals in the folder you are trying to delete have tasks associated with them, regardless of the task status (completed/uncompleted).

Solution

To delete a folder, you need to first delete the tasks associated with the folder.

1. Check the tasks associated with manuals in the folder you want to delete
   Edit distributed task (Web Browser)
   *On the task distribution list screen, click the "Display other members' created tasks" checkbox 
    
2. Delete the associated tasks
   Delete task (Web Browser)
    
3. Try deleting the folder again
   Delete a Folder (Web Browser)
