Yes, it is required.
To synchronize account information with Teachme Biz using the user provisioning function, the email address managed in Entra ID (formerly: Azure AD) must match the email address of the Teachme Biz account.
For part-time staff or others without email addresses, please add users to Teachme Biz manually.
Note
- After the initial linking of account information with Entra ID (formerly: Azure AD), even if the email address of the user is temporarily deleted on the Teachme Biz side, the link will not be broken.
During the next provisioning, the email address registered in Entra ID (formerly: Azure AD) will be automatically registered on the Teachme Biz side. - While the email address is deleted on the Teachme Biz side, you cannot log in using single sign-on.
When logging in, you need to directly enter your login information.
