Editors can select the optimal template that matches the purpose and type of manual they want to create.

Template Feature ON/OFF
The template feature can be toggled ON/OFF on a per-folder basis.
When turned ON, it applies to the specified folder and all sub-folders beneath it.

Template Types
Templates can be created in the following three patterns.
- Set Custom Fields only for cover
- Set Custom Fields only for steps
- Set Custom Fields for both cover and steps

Template creation limit
- Up to 50 templates
* Templates in archive are not included
Custom field setting limit per template
- Cover: Up to 10 fields
- Steps: Up to 5 fields
Important Notes
Currently, the following operations are not supported. Please review carefully before publishing templates.
- Editing custom fields when templates are published
- Returning templates that have been applied to manuals at once to draft state

Custom Field Input Rules
- Each custom field can contain up to 100 full-width characters (200 half-width characters).
- Input in Custom Fields is mandatory. Manuals cannot be published with empty fields.
