The AI Editing Assistant can behave in various ways depending on the instructions. Here are some useful examples of prompts you can use in the chat to take advantage of the assistant's capabilities.

Reviewing the Manual

Requesting a Review

Before starting the editing process or when checking a nearly completed manual, you can try instructions like the following:

・Review the manual content・Rate the current manual out of 100 points

If you have a specific target audience in mind, you can also specify that, for example, "as a manual for new employee staff". You can also add requests like "let me know if there are any confusing parts" or "suggest improvements" to facilitate the review process.

Organizing the Manual Structure and Information

Reordering or Consolidating Steps

You can instruct the assistant to reorganize the steps or combine them.

Adjusting Titles and Descriptions

You can make the step descriptions more detailed or simplify them. You can also give instructions for specific steps or all steps.

Preparing Images

When there are not enough images, you can ask the assistant to suggest what kind of images would be appropriate.

Adding Section Headers like "Preparation" or "Cleanup" to Step Titles

If the manual covers multiple stages of a process (e.g., tool preparation, cleanup, storage), you can instruct the assistant to add section headers in "[]" to the step titles.

Adding Furigana

You can add furigana (ruby characters) to kanji that may be difficult to read. You can add furigana to all kanji or just specific words.
