During semi-automatic manual generation, after entering instructions and clicking the "Generate" button, the following error may be displayed.
- "An error occurred. Please try again. If the error persists, please contact customer support."
Solution
First, try the following
- Close the error window and retry the operation from clicking the "Create New Manual" button.
Although the issue may occasionally occur even when retrying, it has been confirmed that repeating this operation several times resolves the issue.
Try the following based on video upload method
When the error occurred after uploading a file from the device
- Add audio to videos without audio (re-record or add narration using external tools, etc.) and re-upload.
If adding audio is difficult, manually extract steps from the video or add subtitles.

- If the video file is corrupted, re-record or re-acquire the video before uploading.
When the error occurred after uploading a screen recording
- If the video capture was recorded with the microphone turned off, turn on the microphone and record again.
- When selecting the recording screen, if a specific window was selected, change the recording target to "entire screen" and record again.
When the error occurred after selecting from Media Library
- Add audio to videos without audio (re-record or add narration using external tools, etc.) and re-upload.
