The screen capture selection window is only partially displayed (Web browser version)

When using Microsoft Edge to perform screen capture, sometimes the screen capture selection window may only appear about halfway.

Conditions

While we haven't identified the exact conditions that cause this issue, we have confirmed it occurs in the following circumstances:

  • When using Microsoft Edge

Solutions

Please try one of the following methods to resolve the issue:

[Method 1] Select a different tab from the capture range selection window

  1. From the capture range selection window, click on the "Full Screen" tab.
  2. Then, return to the "Screen Capture Range Selection" screen.
  3. Check if it is now displayed correctly.

[Method 2] Update Edge browser

  1. With Microsoft Edge running, press "Alt + F" on your keyboard → Click "Help and feedback" → Click "About Microsoft Edge".
  2. If updates are found, they will be applied automatically.
  3. After completion, restart the browser.

[Method 3] Allow microphone access

  1. Click "Capture and add" and then click "Allow" that appears in the upper left corner.
    ※If you accidentally click "Block", press "Alt + F" on your keyboard and click "Settings".
     Then click on the menu icon "≡" in the upper left → "Cookies and site permissions" → "Microphone", and remove the Teachme Biz URL from the "Blocked" section.
  2. Restart the browser.
