"Request failed with status code XXX" error message appears. What should I do?

There are various factors that can cause errors such as "Request failed with status code 500" to occur while using Teachme Biz.
*The error message numbers are not limited to "500", but can be "403", "411", "502", "503", "504", and various others.

Please contact the support desk (support@teachme.jp) with the following information so we can investigate further.

1 Date and time Please let us know the date and time the error occurred.
2 Operation content

Please let us know what screen you were on and what operation you were performing before and after the error occurred, as well as how the error has impacted your work.

Example:
- Error appeared immediately after clicking the "Withdraw" button for an approval request.
- Repeated the operation but the same error occurred, preventing me from withdrawing the approval request.

3 Related URL If the error occurs on a specific manual or operation screen, please provide the title or URL of that page.
4 Environment Diagnostic Results

Access the "Teachme Biz Environment Diagnostic Page" using the same device/browser/account as when the error occurred, and send us the diagnostic results.
