Access permissions cannot be restricted on a per-manual basis.
Viewing permissions are granted at the folder level.
Therefore, it is not possible to configure settings to show or hide just one manual to specific people.
If you want to restrict viewing of a specific manual, exclude users or teams who should not view it from the folder participants where the relevant manual is stored.
This will prevent viewing of all manuals within the excluded folder.
