Viewing access cannot be restricted on a per-manual basis.
Viewing permissions are granted on a per-folder basis.
Therefore, it is not possible to configure settings to show or hide a single manual to specific individuals.
If you want to restrict access to a specific manual, please remove the users or teams you do not want to grant access to from the participants of the folder where the manual is stored.
This will prevent them from viewing all manuals within the excluded folder.
