To set up Single Sign-On integration between Salesforce and Teachme Biz, you need to configure settings in advance.
During setup, you can select either "Federation ID" or "Username" as the linkage item (subject type).

When selecting Federation ID
You need to set a unique "Federation ID" for each user in Salesforce in advance.

When selecting Federation ID, you need to match Salesforce's "Federation ID" with either Teachme Biz's "Account Name" or "E-Mail Address".
Also, when linking by matching the "Account Name", you must select "`urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:unspecified`" in the "Name ID Format" field.
If you are already using Federation IDs to link Salesforce with services other than Teachme Biz, please check in advance to ensure that the naming conventions in each service do not conflict or cause issues with your company's operational rules.
When selecting Username
You need to match Salesforce's "Username" with Teachme Biz's "E-Mail Address".
If Salesforce's "Username" is not a valid email address, and you register it as Teachme Biz's "E-Mail Address", you will not be able to receive various email notifications from Teachme Biz.
If you need to register an invalid email address in Teachme Biz, please contact customer support in advance to prevent unexpected errors.
