To prevent a situation where users cannot view manuals in the folder, the message "No participants other than folder administrators" is displayed when there are only folder administrators as participants in the folder.
Please add users to the folder so that they can view the manuals in the folder.
*This message is only shown to folder administrators and group administrators (sub-administrators).
Clicking "Add users" will take you to the screen for adding users.
