If "Network Error" is displayed

Error due to network settings or communication permission settings

If this error appears when using the function for the first time, or if you've never successfully generated content,
the error may be occurring because your network settings or communication permission settings are not correctly configured.

Please check that your network settings are correct and that the necessary communications for using Teachme Biz are permitted.

Error due to temporary network connection issues

If you were previously able to generate manuals normally, it may be due to a temporary network issue.
Please wait a while and try again.

If "AI feature usage is not permitted" is displayed

During manual generation, the AI feature may have been disabled.
Please ask your company administrator to check the settings.

If "Timeout error occurred. Please try again." is displayed

Please try one of the following solutions to resolve the issue.

If you have any questions about checking or changing settings, please consult your company's IT department.
If the issue persists after several attempts, please refer to "If none of the above apply" and contact our support team.

Change your internet connection environment

Try using a different network, switching from Wi-Fi to wired LAN, etc., and try again.

Check VPN/proxy settings

Try temporarily disabling VPN or proxy and run the process again.

Check firewall or security software settings

Try temporarily stopping your security software, reviewing firewall settings, etc., and run the process again.

If "An unexpected error occurred. Please try again." is displayed

The following possibilities may be considered:

  • The PDF contains too much information
  • The generation instructions are insufficient

When uploading, please try the following:

  • Split the PDF into multiple files
  • Add more information in the "Do you have any preferences for content or expression? (optional)" field
    Example text:
     - Please generate a manual with one step per process
     - If the operation procedure doesn't fit in the step title, please include it in the description
     - If there are any precautions, please include them in the corresponding step of the operation procedure

If the generated content contains error messages not in the original PDF

When you upload a PDF to generate a manual, sometimes instead of the actual content, warning messages like "Enable JavaScript..." may be created.
This happens because the AI is reading "viewing restriction warnings" in the PDF.

Please try one of the following solutions:

  • Re-save the PDF through the "print" function
    This method can remove unnecessary control codes and make the content readable.

    1. Open the PDF in a browser
    2. Open the "Print" menu and save it as a PDF again
    3. Try generating the manual again with the newly saved PDF
  • Ask the PDF creator or your company's IT staff to remove the restrictions

[Note] Partially generated drafts may be created when errors occur

When errors other than "AI feature usage is not permitted" occur, an incomplete draft in the process of generation may be created.
Please delete the draft if it's not needed.
