Overview
An issue has been occurring when users with certain conditions access the "Manage teams" in the Training function, or Teachme Biz for Salesforce, an error message may be displayed.
Condition
Access by users who are not the group administrator or sub-administrator in the group that applies group IP restrictions.
Example of Error Messages
・An unexpected error occurred.
・Authentication failed due to one of the following reasons.Please check the contents and reload the page.
Occurrence Time / Status
2022/07/07～2022/08/03
Currently, we have fixed this issue and users with the condition will be correctly shown the screen.
