Folder (1st level folder)

"Folders" are used to organize and categorize manuals within a group.
Manual viewing and editing permissions are granted on a per-folder basis.

Typically, folders are created by department or by purpose.

Subfolder (2nd to 5th level folders)

These can be optionally created within a folder to further organize and categorize manuals.
Up to five levels of subfolders can be created.
Note that permissions cannot be set separately for individual subfolders.

Default Folder (formerly: Default Folder)

This is a folder that is automatically created when a group is set up.
The default folder is labeled "Default" on the folder list screen.
When a folder is deleted, the manuals within that folder are automatically moved to the "Default Folder."
