How to check if I am affected?
Tasks are not delivered to users who are not listed on the "Progress management" screen of the task.
Open the "Progress management" screen of the task you just distributed, and make sure that all the users you intended to send the task to are included and that the number of users received it is as intended.

What should I do if I was affected?
Go to 「Tasks」> 「Outbox」, click the task to open "Progress management" screen and update it.
【Steps (Web Browser version)】
1. Go to 「Tasks」> 「Outbox」, and click the task.
2. Click「︙」on the top right corner of the screen and choose「Edit」.
3. Scroll down and click 「Update」.
Once you update the task, it will be sent to the team members as well.
Open the "Progress management" screen of the task and confirm if all users are listed.
