How are notifications sent for new feature releases, feature updates, and maintenance?

Feature improvements and fixes, including new features for the service (Teachme Biz), are generally made irregularly without prior notice.

Release details are regularly posted in the Release Notes, so please refer to them if you would like to check the details or records of provided updates.

In cases involving maintenance, we provide notifications on the Teachme Biz status page 10 days to 1 month in advance, as well as notifications via email and SMS to those who have registered to receive them.

During maintenance, a screen indicating maintenance in progress will be displayed in the web browser version, and a message indicating maintenance in progress will be displayed in the mobile app.
Please note that in case of emergency maintenance, we may not provide advance notice or notification.

Additionally, in the event of significant specification changes, we provide notification via our website and contact the contract manager by email 2 weeks to 1 month in advance.
