During maintenance, a screen indicating maintenance is displayed in the Web browser version, and a message indicating maintenance is displayed in the mobile app.
Please note that for emergency maintenance, prior announcements or notifications may not be provided.
In addition, for important specification changes, we provide notifications on the website and contact the contract representative by email from 1 month to 2 weeks in advance.
