Overview

In some versions of the app, editing images using certain fonts may cause the following issues.

  • Text that had already been added is not displayed in the image editing screen, and if the image is saved as-is, the text will be lost.
  • Even if text is added from the image editing screen, text using the affected fonts will not appear on screen, and will not appear in the saved image either.

Date and Circumstances of Occurrence

Occurring since around June 1, 2026

We are currently working on a fix.
We will update this post as progress is made.

For Customers Using the iOS App

Regarding images saved in environments affected by this issue

When the fixed version of the app is released in the future, opening the image editing screen again and saving will cause the text to reappear.
As a result, text you do not recognize may suddenly appear on screen unexpectedly.

Since it is difficult to identify which images are affected, if unwanted text appears during re-editing, please manually delete it and save again.

Workaround

Until the fixed version is released, please use fonts other than those affected (such as standard fonts), or try editing in another environment such as the web browser version.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause to our users.
