Feature Details at Initial Release

Import multiple videos and files together as source materials

※This is a screen currently under development.

Previously, manuals could only be created from a single source material, but with the Studio feature, a single manual can be produced from multiple videos and files.
The AI automatically understands the workflow from multiple files and structures it into steps.
This means there is no need for a single continuous video or a file with all steps consolidated, significantly lowering the barrier to manual creation compared to before.

Supported Source Material Formats

  • Video (.mp4, .mov, .m4v, .qt)
  • Excel (.xlsx)
  • Text (.txt, .md)

After importing source materials, you can edit manuals through a chat-based interface

※This is a screen currently under development.

You can edit manuals by sending chat instructions to the AI based on the imported source materials.
You can also directly edit subtitles and descriptions as before.

Features Planned for Future Updates (Timing TBD)

To further improve convenience, the following features are planned to be added in subsequent updates.

  • Importing images within Excel files
※Only text content will be referenced in the initial release
  • Importing image, PDF, PowerPoint, and Word files
  • Splitting source materials containing multiple procedures
  • Simultaneous creation of multiple manuals
  • Using template features within the chat
  • Sharing chats and source materials with other users

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Will chat history be saved?

A. Yes, it will be saved. You can work efficiently in parallel by using the time while waiting for materials to upload to continue editing in a separate chat.

Q. Can a manual newly created in Studio be re-edited in Studio?

A. Yes, it can. Please note that because the Studio feature retains chat history as its base, if you make direct edits in the standard editing screen and then re-edit in Studio, the changes made in the standard screen will be overwritten and lost.

Q. Can I create a different manual from the same chat?

A. No. Manuals and chats have a 1:1 relationship.

Q. Can videos be merged within Studio?

A. No, merging videos within the Studio feature is not supported.

Q. What is the maximum number of source materials that can be imported into a single chat?

A. Up to 10 items in total, combining videos, Excel files, and text files.

Q. Can videos without audio (silent videos) be imported?

A. Yes, they can be imported. The AI will analyze the actions and automatically create a manual.

Q. Are there any restrictions or limitations on videos that can be imported?

A. Videos that meet any of the following criteria cannot be imported.

  • Videos with file extensions other than .mp4, .mov, .m4v, or .qt
  • Videos with a file size exceeding 2 GB
  • Videos with a playback duration of 45 minutes or more

Q. Can Excel files with multiple tabs be imported?

A. Yes, all tabs will be referenced. However, we plan to introduce a limit where referencing will stop once a certain character count is exceeded.

Q. Can files with extensions other than .xlsx be imported?

A. No, the initial release does not support legacy Excel format (.xls) or CSV format files. We may consider adding support in response to future requests.
