Feature Details at Initial Release

Import multiple videos and files together as source materials

*This is a screen currently under development.

Previously, manuals could only be created from a single source material, but with the Studio feature, you can create one manual from multiple videos and files.
AI automatically understands the workflow from multiple files and structures it into steps.
This means you no longer need a single continuous video or a file with consolidated procedures, significantly lowering the barrier to manual creation compared to before.

Supported Source Material Formats

  • Video (.mp4, .mov, .m4v, .qt)
  • Excel (.xlsx)
  • Text (.txt, .md)

After importing source materials, you can edit manuals through a chat-based interface

*This is a screen currently under development.

You can edit manuals by giving instructions to AI through chat, based on the imported source materials.
As before, you can also directly edit subtitles and descriptions.

Features Planned for Future Updates (Timing TBD)

To further improve usability, the following features are planned to be added incrementally.

  • Importing images within Excel files
*At initial release, only text content will be referenced
  • Importing image, PDF, PowerPoint, and Word files
  • Splitting source materials containing multiple procedures
  • Simultaneous creation of multiple manuals
  • Using template features within chat
  • Sharing chats and source materials with other users

*The information described here reflects current plans and does not guarantee implementation timing or content.
Changes, delays, or cancellations may occur without notice depending on development progress.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Will chat history be saved?

A. Yes, it will. You can work efficiently in parallel by using the waiting time for source material uploads to continue editing in a separate chat.

Q. Can a manual newly created in Studio be re-edited in Studio?

A. Yes, it can. Please note that since chat history remains as the base in Studio, if you make direct edits in the standard view and then re-edit in Studio, the changes made in the standard view will be overwritten and lost.

Q. Can I create a different manual from the same chat?

A. No, you cannot. Manuals and chats have a one-to-one relationship.

Q. Can videos be merged within Studio?

A. No, it is not possible to merge videos within the Studio feature.

Q. What is the maximum number of source materials that can be imported into one chat?

A. Up to 10 items in total, combining videos, Excel files, and text files.

Q. Can videos without audio (silent videos) be imported?

A. Yes, they can. AI will analyze the actions in the video and automatically create a manual.

Q. Are there any restrictions or limitations on videos that can be imported?

A. Videos that meet any of the following conditions cannot be imported.

  • Videos with file extensions other than .mp4, .mov, .m4v, or .qt
  • Videos with a file size exceeding 2 GB
  • Videos with a playback duration of 45 minutes or more

Q. Can Excel files with multiple tabs be imported?

A. Yes, all tabs will be referenced. However, we plan to implement a limit where referencing will stop once a certain character count is exceeded.

Q. Can files with extensions other than .xlsx be imported?

A. No, files in the older Excel format (.xls) or CSV format are not supported at initial release. We may consider adding support based on future requests.
