This issue is more likely to occur if your device's OS version is below 26.2.

For Customers Using the iOS App
If you have already encountered this issue
Please update your device's OS version to 26.2 or later.
If updating the OS is not possible, please use a mobile browser as a workaround.
- Use of a mobile browser on iPad is outside the recommended environment.
If you are planning to update the app
Before updating the app, please update your OS to version 26.2 or later.
If you are unable to update the OS, please refrain from updating to ver.7.1.1 and wait for the release of an app with this issue fixed.
