[Ongoing] Bug where saving 5 or more newly added steps in the iOS app fails (Last updated: 2026/03/05)

Overview

We have confirmed an issue where adding 5 or more new steps and then saving as a draft, or publishing/updating, results in a failure, leaving the manual saved in an incomplete state on the server.
When 5 or more steps are created and any of the following actions are performed — save, publish, or update — an error message stating "Processing failed" will occur.

In the case of a new manual, a manual containing only the steps will be created on the server. In the case of an existing manual, while the steps themselves may be saved, they may not be arranged in the registered order.
