• Teachme Biz Mobile App
• Teachme Biz Mobile Browser
• Teachme Player

Reason for Recommended Environment Change

Teachme Biz periodically reviews its recommended OS versions for the following purposes.

• To provide customers with a more comfortable and secure experience
• To deliver new features and improvements more quickly

Recommended versions are selected based on a comprehensive assessment of security, stability, and service usage conditions.

What We Ask of Our Customers

If you are using an affected OS, please update it as soon as possible.　

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the applicable apps be completely unusable on OS versions outside the recommended environment?

We do not intend to immediately and intentionally restrict access to all features.
However, some functional limitations may occur in releases after the recommended environment change.
In addition, inquiries regarding usage methods and issues will not be covered by support.

Will new installations and updates no longer be possible?

From April 2026 onward, installation and updates of the Teachme Biz Mobile App and Teachme Player will be restricted on affected OS versions.
