Thank you for using Teachme Biz.
This notice announces the discontinuation of the feature that saves unsynced drafts to the mobile app (hereinafter referred to as "local draft save feature"), scheduled for the end of February 2026.
Overview
What is the Local Draft Save Feature?
This is a feature in the mobile app that saves drafts that have not been synced to the server.
Currently, even if a manual being edited has not been synced to the server, it is saved in the app's local database and can be resumed upon the next launch.
Purpose of Discontinuation
The purpose is to establish a foundation for developing and providing the latest editing features, including Teachme AI, in the mobile app.
This aims to reduce feature differences with the web browser version and improve the mobile app experience.
Schedule
- Target: iOS and Android mobile apps
- Scheduled release date: End of February 2026
- Applicable app version: ver.7.0.0

Q&A
| Question | Answer |
|---|---|
| What should I do if I have unsynced drafts? | Before the feature is discontinued, be sure to execute "Save as draft" while online and sync to the server. After the feature is discontinued, unsynced draft data will no longer be accessible. |
| What happens if I update to ver.7.0.0 with unsynced drafts? | All unsynced drafts saved locally will be deleted. Sync to the server before updating. |
| If I don't update to ver.7.0.0, can I continue using the local draft save feature? | Yes, if the update is not performed, the local draft save feature will continue to be available. However, continuing to use an older version has disadvantages such as inability to access future new features and security enhancements. It is recommended to sync drafts to the server and update the app. |
| Can unsynced drafts that were accidentally deleted be restored from backups or edit history in the web browser version? | No, they cannot. Unsynced drafts saved locally have not been transferred to the web browser version and are saved only within the app. Therefore, no backups or edit history remain and restoration is not possible. |
| Will manuals already synced to the server be affected? | No. Published manuals and draft manuals already synced to the server will not be affected by this change. |
| Will the Teachme Player app be affected? | No. Teachme Player does not have editing features, so it will not be affected. |
