How is the quality of AI-generated results ensured?
We verify whether the AI functions can achieve the intended generation results with a certain probability or accuracy level, depending on the type of AI function.
However, due to the nature of AI, it's not possible to completely control the generated results.
Teachme AI is designed to allow you to review and edit generated results before publication.
Please conduct final quality management on your end.
How do you handle inappropriate AI-generated content?
In the unlikely event of inappropriate generation, you can immediately modify or delete it.
If reported to our support desk, we will use this information to improve our system.
What generative AI models are being used?
As of July 29, 2025, multiple TeachmeAI features use Anthropic's Claude model, and depending on the feature, we also combine models from Amazon and Whisper.
We regularly review and improve the AI services and models we use to keep pace with evolving AI technologies and provide our customers with appropriate performance.
Our model selection is based on a comprehensive assessment of performance, track record in business use, and security reliability.
Please note that input data is not used for model retraining.
