No, your data is not used to retrain AI models.
We have implemented a mechanism that prevents data from leaving Teachme Biz.

How are uploaded PDFs, videos, and text stored?

The uploaded data itself is not stored.

Videos and text registered in steps are stored for the purpose of being used as manuals within your environment.
Intermediate outputs (such as OCR results and responses from the LLM) are stored for the purpose of identifying issues and improving accuracy.

※ As the service expands its features, the methods and retention periods for data storage may change.

Is there any risk of my data being mixed with data from other companies?

No, Teachme Biz separates data on a per-company basis, so your data will never be mixed with data from other companies.

Who holds the copyright to generated manuals?

The copyright to generated manuals belongs to you, the customer.
Teachme AI functions as a tool to assist in generating content based on your input.

How is the quality of AI-generated results ensured?

We verify that each AI feature achieves the intended generation results at or above a certain probability or accuracy level.

However, due to the nature of AI, it is not possible to fully control generation results.
Teachme AI is designed to allow you to review and edit generated results before publishing.
Please ensure final quality control is carried out on your end.

How are inappropriate AI-generated outputs handled?

In the unlikely event of an inappropriate output, it can be corrected or deleted immediately.
Additionally, if you report the issue to our support team, we will use the information to improve our system.

What AI model is being used?

As of July 29, 2025, multiple features of Teachme AI use models from Anthropic's Claude, and some features also incorporate models from Amazon as well as Whisper.

We continuously review the AI services and models we use in line with advances in AI technology, and we keep improving our system configuration to ensure we can always deliver the best performance to our customers.
The models we select are evaluated comprehensively based on performance, enterprise adoption track record, and reliability in terms of security, among other factors.

Please note that data you input is not used to retrain the models.
